Compensation: Negotiable, ranging from approximately $7,000 to $15,000.

Requirements
- Backend architecture expertise
- Web3 and blockchain integration capabilities
- Smart contract interaction proficiency
- Experience with DeFi, NFT, and crypto products
- Development of production systems

Responsibilities
- Develop backend services for Web3 and cryptocurrency applications
- Design APIs, databases, and system architecture
- Integrate wallets and networks
- Manage transactions and on-chain data
- Develop dashboards and internal tools
- Create automation, bots, and API integrations

Required Skills
Backend: Node.js/TypeScript, NestJS/Express/Fastify, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis, REST/GraphQL/WebSocket, Docker/Linux/Git/CI/CD, and scalable systems.
Web3: Blockchain transaction flows, EVM networks, smart contract interaction, ethers.js/web3.js, RPC providers, events, and DeFi mechanics.

Preferred Qualifications
Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, OpenZeppelin.
DeFi: Swaps, staking, liquidity, bridges, and DEXs.
Frontend: React/Next.js for dashboards and UI.
