What you will do
- Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and quality assurance processes to resolve software and system issues.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop and implement Interim Corrective Action (ICA) and Permanent Corrective Action (PCA) approaches.
- Communicate customer feedback to development teams to improve product deliverables and meet business requirements.
- Resolve a variety of hardware, software, and communications malfunctions in multi-vendor environments.
- Coach others on advanced diagnostic techniques and tools for unusual or performance-related problems.
- Maintain product configuration requirements and document customer platform experiences.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical troubleshooting of hardware, software, and communications.
- Deep knowledge of the Terrain for Grading and Loading solution and mining operational workflows.
- Proven ability to design, plan, and execute software product testing strategies.
- Must be based in New Zealand; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Strong systems thinking skills to analyze cause-effect relationships impacting organization performance.
- Expertise in fostering strong customer relationships through open communication and feedback.
