What you will do

• Create and implement comprehensive paid media strategies for UA activities.
• Plan and oversee high marketing budgets while optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing assets.
• Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate content effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop efficient growth processes, including partner onboarding and relationship management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or Media Buyer.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven experience working with Appsflyer or other MMPs.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to marketing.
• Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a proactive attitude.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
