Designcafe is building and scaling modern web products with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainable code. As a Full Stack Web Developer, we expect you to help design and deliver end-to-end features—from responsive user interfaces to backend APIs and data layers—while keeping quality high through testing, documentation, and disciplined reviews. You’ll work within a team that collaborates asynchronously across time zones, contributing to technical decisions and continuously improving how we ship. The scope of work includes integrating third-party services (such as payment gateways), optimizing user-facing experiences, and maintaining robust database-driven applications using proven frameworks and tools.

• 3+ years of professional full stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Solid experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Good working knowledge of PHP and Laravel (or similar frameworks).
• Experience with React, Next.js, or Vue for frontend development.
• Comfortable with REST API design and integration.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly in English.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for async collaboration.
• You take ownership of outcomes and make pragmatic trade-offs backed by testing and measurable improvements.
• You communicate clearly in writing, especially when collaborating asynchronously.
• You care about maintainability—clean architecture, readable code, and thoughtful documentation.
• You contribute actively in reviews: proposing improvements, catching edge cases, and supporting team decisions.

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
• Understanding of agile or Scrum workflows.

These are not required, but they will help you ramp up quickly and contribute across development, deployment, and continuous delivery.
