We’re looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join our Core Product (aka Applications team) and Integrations teams. Our Engineering team consists of over 20 engineers distributed across Europe. In this role, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Finland. If you prefer a hybrid model, you can combine remote work with on-site collaboration at our lovely office in Espoo. 🌏

We’re looking for engineers who already use AI as a natural part of their daily development workflow. AI is not a side experiment; it’s part of how our Product and Engineering teams build, learn, test, and move faster. At MeetingPackage, our engineers are encouraged to experiment with AI, test new tools, and learn quickly without processes slowing things down.




INTEGRATIONS TEAM
Hi there! 👋 I'm Joonas, Director of Engineering and Product at MeetingPackage. Our integrations team includes me, six Engineers, and two Product Managers. One of the main areas we cover is our integration platform, which is built to keep integrations as vendor-agnostic as possible, enabling us to scale efficiently without creating fully custom solutions for every new partner. The emphasis in the Senior Full-Stack Engineer role in our team is heavily on the back-end side, but occasionally we’ll also make some tweaks to the front-end. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with third-party APIs and integrating different external systems. We hope you enjoy working with APIs and mapping data between different systems, and using AI tools to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, documentation, and testing.




CORE PRODUCT TEAM
Hi there! 👋 I'm Can, Director of Engineering and Product at MeetingPackage. Our core product team includes me, seven Engineers, and a Product Manager. We focus on solving customer problems firsthand, whether that means improving something we already have or building something entirely from scratch. The work has a direct line to customer satisfaction and business results, so you'll always see the impact of what you build. It calls for a strong eye for UX, end-to-end knowledge of how the product works, and a real understanding of where customers feel pain. On the technical side, you'll put your front-end and back-end skills to use ongside architecture and AI knowledge.

* Node.js with Fastify, Express and Nest.js on the back-end.


* React, Next.js and TypeScript on the front-end.

* PHP for the older parts of our service. We're constantly working on converting our codebase to the new tech stack.


* Docker for containerization and local development.


* AWS for the cloud.


* Our team extensively uses AI-powered tools alongside other modern technologies. Many team members leverage productivity-enhancing platforms such as Linear, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub, Miro, and ChatGPT.






YOU’LL FEEL AT HOME IF YOU
* Have solid experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, ideally in a SaaS environment.


* Write clean, strongly-typed TypeScript and are familiar with modern back-end patterns.


* Are already using AI-assisted development tools in your daily work to boost productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, and development speed.

* Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.


* Are already based in Finland with a valid work permit.
