What you will do
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in alignment with contractual requirements and company standards.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities across all disciplines during design development.
- Review and monitor deliverables to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory codes prior to submission.
- Establish and manage document control, internal quality audits, and coordinate external audit processes.
- Identify non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality KPIs and interface with the Client, PMC, and stakeholders on all quality-related matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Management within large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
- Mandatory experience in stadium projects (design and/or delivery phases).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Quality Management, such as ISO Lead Auditor.
