What you will do

• Review and process invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Manage vendor payments via checks and bank transfers and handle invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
• Process employee expense claims and maintain updated vendor master files.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial statement preparation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency and support audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial guidelines in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
