What you will do

• Own and standardize O2C reporting (DSO, aging, dispute tracking) across UAE and Egypt.
• Lead AR review governance and drive accountability with Sales, Finance, and Business leadership.
• Strengthen end-to-end O2C processes, including order release, invoicing, and collections.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within Oracle ERP to improve efficiency.
• Build O2C capabilities and train stakeholders across regional teams.
• Support decision-making on credit limits and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG or packaging.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle.
• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
• Exposure to multi-country operations within UAE and Egypt markets.
