What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary Solution Engineering team across technical, business consulting, and architecture tracks.
• Own the technical pre-sales contribution to revenue, driving win rates and deal velocity for strategic AI opportunities.
• Provide senior technical oversight for the design of solutions involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and ML.
• Develop ROI frameworks and business case methodologies to connect AI capabilities to measurable customer outcomes.
• Enable the partner ecosystem by defining go-to-market positioning and technical enablement for AI products.
• Build and maintain a library of reference architectures, solution blueprints, and pre-sales playbooks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
• 20+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical consulting, with 10+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record leading pre-sales teams in AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, and RAG.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience engaging C-suite and government executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, and a Master's or MBA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure AI platforms and hybrid or air-gapped deployment models.
• Familiarity with LLMOps and responsible AI frameworks.
• Exposure to highly regulated or government enterprise environments.
• Experience building solution accelerators or centers of excellence.
