What you'll be doing:

• Run trigger-based and mass communications across channels (email, push notifications, etc.)
• Develop, build, and launch campaigns — from ideation and layout (in Letteros) to QA and sending
• Work with user segmentation based on the customer journey (CJM)
• Conduct A/B testing: formulate hypotheses, set up experiments, and analyze results
• Analyze campaign performance — from core CRM metrics to impact on user behavior
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: marketing, analytics, product, engineering, legal, etc.
• Own the quality of campaign launches: validate segments, sending logic, rendering, and all details before going live

What we expect from you:

• Native or fluent Russian (both written and spoken) is required
• 2+ years of experience in CRM communications
• Experience with CDP/CRM platforms (e.g., Mindbox, Altcraft)
• Strong understanding of customer journeys (CJM) and how communication impacts user experience
• Data-driven mindset: ability to distinguish between surface metrics (e.g., email opens) and meaningful user actions
• Experience with A/B testing: forming hypotheses, running experiments, and interpreting results beyond surface-level metrics
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with large user bases (1M+ users)
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
• Proactive mindset: not just executing tasks, but suggesting improvements
• Strong taste in email communications — please share examples of brands whose emails you like and explain why (in your cover letter)
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
