What you will do

• Partner with clients to identify high-value digital and AI opportunities and redesign how work is performed.
• Combine human expertise with process redesign, operating model design, and AI enablement (copilots, automation, and agent-based solutions).
• Document current-state workflows and design future-state architectures that embed technology into daily operations.
• Shape ideas into pilot-ready use cases with clearly defined scope, success measures, and risk guardrails.
• Build and review prototypes, MVPs, and pilot solutions to provide technical credibility in client discussions.
• Stay current with advances in generative AI and orchestration frameworks to contribute to internal playbooks and patterns.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of technology or management consulting experience.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Experience in business transformation, digital transformation, product management, service design, or business architecture.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and report writing skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data, analytics, AI, or automation technologies.
• Experience redesigning business processes, workflows, or operating models.
• Familiarity with Copilots, generative AI tools, or agent-based systems.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and responsible AI considerations.
