What you will do

• Provide technical support for approximately 300 employees and contractors.
• Manage and secure a fleet of 300+ Apple devices and various Windows/Android devices.
• Administer identity and access management (IDAM), including on/offboarding processes.
• Manage procurement and inventory for SaaS tools and hardware equipment.
• Develop automated solutions for internal IT processes to support company growth.
• Address security breaches and participate in cybersecurity/compliance audits like SOC2 and ISO 27001.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with MDM for macOS on 300+ devices.
• 3+ years of experience managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of network basics (routing, switching, wireless) and IDAM in SaaS environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and programming in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience participating in cybersecurity and compliance audits.
• At least 6 hours overlap with the Cyprus office timezone is required.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of macOS and Windows internals, hardening, and CLI tools.
• Experience with EDR, RBI, or VDI solutions.
• Experience with distributed logging, tracing, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Previous experience working within dynamic product IT companies.
