What you will do
- Lead product and requirements workstreams for physical AI engagements, owning backlogs and priorities.
- Translate Life Sciences operational needs into actionable requirements to improve performance, compliance, and scalability.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify inefficiencies and define data-driven improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and model business processes using BPMN to define future-state operating models.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers during solution design, providing operational and regulatory expertise.
- Support RFP and RFI proposal development and identify opportunities to expand delivered value for client accounts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences, regulated manufacturing, or supply chain in product management or business analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience with physical AI, robotics, intelligent automation, or hardware-integrated intelligent systems.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements lifecycle management, and structured documentation practices.
- Proficiency in analyzing and modeling business processes using BPMN and related workflow tools.
- Solid understanding of Life Sciences regulatory, quality, and operational constraints.
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency required for professional client interaction.
