TL;DR

What you will do

  • Guide 2–3 product and development teams in applying Scrum and Agile best practices to deliver value predictably.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure delivery flow and team focus.
  • Coach teams to become cross-functional, self-managing, and autonomous.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, focusing on user value and product outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement using feedback loops, metrics, and empirical learning.
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management while ensuring transparency via reporting tools.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with complex solutions.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience in training Scrum Teams and stakeholders in the Scrum framework.
  • Proficiency in Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Full English proficiency (verbal and written).

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Gaming or Sports Betting industry.
  • Additional Agile certifications such as PSM II or SAFe.
  • Technical background in software development or QA.
  • Project Management certification.
