What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps to enhance organizational operations.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate.
• Create data visualizations and reporting solutions using Power BI to support government operations.
• Engage directly with customers to define project requirements, manage expectations, and perform UAT.
• Author technical documentation, reference materials, and training resources.
• Manage project details, schedules, and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret Clearance.
• 3-5 years of experience in Power Apps development and delivery.
• 1-5 years of experience with Power Automate focusing on business process automation.
• Advanced experience with SharePoint Online and the M365 ecosystem.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (required upon hire or acquired within 90 days).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience building model-driven applications in Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Data Architecture and Power BI Premium Workspaces.
• Experience interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive-level stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge of Power Pages and Dataverse.
