What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for player behavior analysis, recommendation systems, and churn prediction.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities in game performance and player activity.
• Design and test AI-driven mechanics for games and promotional features.
• Build internal scripts and tools to automate reporting, segmentation, and operational workflows.
• Prototype new concepts for game features, bonus mechanics, and player interaction models.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth implementation of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification (MSc or equivalent) in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Strong foundation in machine learning fundamentals, including supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, and regression.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with data analysis libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
