What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support team members in adopting test automation best practices and quality engineering standards.
• Define the test automation strategy, including roadmap planning, framework architecture, and tooling selection.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust UI and API test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Functional SMEs to establish acceptance criteria and risk-based testing strategies.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
• Manage test data dependencies, test environments, and complex cross-system integration scenarios.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in test automation, covering both UI and API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript, with additional experience in Java and exposure to .NET environments.
• Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, WebdriverIO, and Protractor.
• Solid understanding of framework design, architecture principles, and SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows and Jira in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English: Fluent (C1) spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking and financial services domain, specifically with Temenos T24.
• Experience in large, distributed enterprise testing environments.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude for development.
• Interest in AI- and LLM-driven test automation approaches.
