What you will do

• Manage the full range of indirect procurement and service contract projects associated with airline operations.
• Facilitate interdepartmental meetings for need assessment and create tender documentation such as RfPs and RfIs.
• Conduct market research to identify potential providers and engage in extensive negotiations.
• Develop Excel models for financial calculations and proposal evaluation.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries to support senior management decision-making.
• Maintain the company’s contract inventory and ensure compliance with internal approval procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of professional working experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Prior background in procurement.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Ariba.
