What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of new features from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices for core product workflows.
• Refactor and improve existing components to enhance scalability and performance.
• Act as R&D Owner for roadmap initiatives, leading requirements definition and review.
• Investigate and resolve complex client escalations.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS or GCP, including infrastructure management.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex initiatives.
• Proactive mindset for identifying and implementing process improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or detection products.
• Experience with large-scale, high-traffic, or performance-sensitive systems.
