What you will do

• Coordinate translations and oversee the publishing of content on the website using WordPress.
• Manage and coordinate freelance writers, translators, and other content contributors.
• Ensure all content is updated according to the company style guide and brand objectives.
• Analyze content performance and assist in developing strategies to improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing departments to ensure effective content distribution.
• Maintain and utilize CMS, task management tools, and localization platforms.

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress and Crowdin (or similar localization platforms).
• Proven experience in localization and managing teams of freelance translators.
• Close familiarity with Google Workspace and task management tools (Jira preferred).
• English proficiency: B2-C1 required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Background in copywriting.
• Experience using the Upwork platform for sourcing talent.
• Experience working on large-scale multilingual projects.
