What you will do

• Develop an efficient end-to-end process for host read and host read ad production with Ad Operations and the Commercial Content Lead – Podcasts.
• Liaise with podcast talent and agents to secure brand suitability and approvals.
• Write and refine compelling host read and host read ad scripts that match each host’s tone and style while meeting client objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee host read ad recordings with talent and podcast production teams, then edit and prepare assets for audio and video inclusion.
• Drive revenue opportunities by building a trusted, high-quality host read offering that commercial teams want to sell.
• Support creative branded content solutions for incoming briefs and represent podcast commercial opportunities in multi-platform brainstorms.

Requirements

• Excellent organisational skills and time management.
• Strong relationship-building skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of what makes effective, high-quality branded audio/podcast content.
• Experience improving internal production workflows and processes.
• Strong writing ability.
• Competency with Adobe CC (Audition and Premiere Pro) and an ear for tone of voice and authentic storytelling.
