Location: Onsite in Gland, Switzerland

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve complex incidents impacting banking, trading, and forex platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues and coordinate with development teams.
• Analyze large datasets and conduct technical investigations using SQL (Oracle, Postgres).
• Develop automation tools and scripts in Python to increase operational efficiency.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 system support.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems (Bachelor HES or similar) and a strong interest in IT.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Bash, and Git.
• Experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
• Good knowledge of French and English (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in financial markets and banking operations.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gland, Switzerland.
