Location: Rome, Italy (hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote). Candidates must be able to commute to the office without exception.

What you will do

• Consult customers to resolve business issues within the role’s field of expertise by capturing and prioritizing needs and requirements.
• Redesign business processes and help customers build capabilities to improve operational efficiency, cost reduction, and/or service quality.
• Configure hirify.global software according to business and technical requirements.
• Manage infrastructure implementation of hirify.global solutions related to airport operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design extensions to existing applications and provide maintenance/support consultancy.
• Create technical documentation and unit test plans/cases/scripts, then perform technical testing based on specifications.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, including LAN/WAN networking.
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., MS SQL).
• Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server; Linux is a plus).
• Experience/knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, message queues, web services) and authentication (MS AD, Entra ID, etc.).
• Ability to commute to the Rome office as required by the hybrid model.
