Location: Hybrid in Casablanca, Morocco (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Must have the legal right to work in Morocco.

What you will do

• Manage and develop global BillingOps processes to ensure accuracy and scalability across growing transaction volumes.
• Lead the automation of billing workflows by designing and deploying AI agents using internal tools.
• Act as a technical bridge between the Morocco operations team and global Engineering, RevOps, and AI teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional operational topics and support the implementation of streamlined approval workflows.
• Set up and maintain operational KPIs and produce regular reporting for Finance and RevOps leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, or technical operations, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical profile with experience working with APIs, automation tools, AI agents, and ERP systems.
• Essential experience in coding and architecting internal systems.
• Proven track record of managing teams with a hands-on leadership style.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco.

Nice to have

• Experience with billing operations specifically in subscription or transactional SaaS models.
• Familiarity with AI agent platforms or automation tooling such as n8n, Zapier, or LLM-based agents.
• Experience managing a local office or multi-functional operations team.
• Proficiency in French.
