What you will do
- Provide L1 support for employees via the Servicedesk ticket system.
- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade user workstations and notebooks.
- Prepare and configure PCs for new hires.
- Install and maintain software and Endpoint Security policies.
- Manage information security and handle security incidents.
- Resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an IT system administrator or helpdesk specialist.
- Proficiency in Windows and MacOS.
- Experience with PC hardware repair and workstation setup.
- Knowledge of MS Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Basic network administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise Antivirus, DLP, and Asset Management software.
- Knowledge of IT security principles.
- English proficiency at a pre-intermediate level.
- Previous experience in IT or Gamedev companies.
