TL;DR
Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist (IT Infrastructure): Providing professional IT support and infrastructure maintenance for users in Ukraine, Poland, and Denmark with an accent on service delivery and hardware/software troubleshooting. Location: Onsite in Kyiv, Ukraine (full no remote work)

What you will do
- Provide professional and efficient IT support for customers in Kyiv and globally.
- Fulfill IT service requests and resolve hardware/software incidents.
- Perform hardware and software maintenance, including installations, replacements, and repairs.
- Manage the physical layer of the Local Area Network (LAN).
- Administer Active Directory objects such as users, groups, and PCs.
- Create and update the knowledge base for IT services.
Requirements
- Prior experience in system administration or infrastructure/workplace support.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS administration at the user level.
- Understanding of Windows Server or Microsoft Cloud services.
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory objects.
- Basic knowledge of LANs and connectivity troubleshooting methods.
- English: Intermediate+ level required
