What you will do

• Conduct on-road tests for AI vehicles throughout Germany.
• Monitor AI systems and respond to hazards to ensure maximum safety.
• Provide expert feedback to research teams and engineers based on test evaluations.
• Generate real-world driving examples used to train AI models before public road testing.
• Maintain high safety standards and report vehicle or system issues.

Requirements

• Full clean German driving licence.
• At least 5 years of driving experience, primarily in Germany.
• Fluent in English and German.
• No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years.
• Proficiency with basic technology, including MS Office/Google Suite and touchscreen devices.
• Ability to pass a health check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in vehicle testing, AV environments, or technical demonstrations.
• Knowledge of autonomous systems or AV technology.
• Customer-facing or hospitality experience.
• T1 and T2 Bertha certification.
