Compensation: $8–$65 per hour

What you will do

  • Review and annotate Uzbek content to train AI models.
  • Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Identify and document linguistic error patterns in model responses.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine prompts and evaluation guidelines.
  • Provide expert feedback on grammar, syntax, and semantics.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Uzbek (native or near-native level).
  • Professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, or editing.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Strong attention to detail and cultural knowledge of the Uzbek language.
  • Ability to work as a contractor with your own secure computer and internet connection.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in AI training, coaching, or linguistic annotation.
