What you will do

• Execute risk-based control testing, including walkthroughs and evidence reviews across business and finance processes.
• Deliver continuous control monitoring and maintain high-quality documentation and evidence standards.
• Manage findings and remediation activities via root cause analysis and action plan validation.
• Support risk and control assessments (RCSAs) and maintain records within the GRC system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and InfoSec while maintaining independence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in risk, controls, or audit within fintech, payments, or crypto environments.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end controls testing, from planning to reporting.
• Strong understanding of control design, operating effectiveness, and audit trails.
• Ability to produce audit-ready documentation and constructively challenge stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
