Requirements

• Strong understanding of Island life in Guernsey and local issues.
• Proven experience in broadcast journalism across TV, radio, and digital.
• Creativity in generating fresh ideas and engaging story treatments.
• Solid understanding of the hirify.global Editorial Guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing newsroom.

Nice to have

• Experience reading news bulletins.
• Live reporting experience on radio or television.
• Experience in programme production and working with contributors.
