What you will do

• Administer group-level HRIS tools to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
• Manage data control and monitoring between Workday and other HRIS systems using KPIs.
• Lead interface management with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Test system evolutions and updates for smooth implementation.
• Support and lead group HRIS projects, including the integration of new entities.
• Coordinate communication and drive process improvements across global HR teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Statistics.
• English: C1 level (excellent verbal and written communication).
• Knowledge or experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Workday) or time and attendance platforms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Location: Must be based in Porto, Portugal.
