Join us, and make an impact as an Operations Coordinator (Full-time)

“Operations” in this role means all aspects connected to our food production facility in Herttoniemi. In a nutshell, you’ll ensure we produce the right quantities of products, at the right time and level of quality, and make sure they are delivered on time to the right customers. This role is a true startup growth accelerator role, combining both hands-on hustling tasks, running existing processes but also developing them further.




THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Planning production cycles and work lists


* Optimizing ingredient and packaging purchases


* Coordinating production staff


* Coordinating orders and needs with our production and logistics partners.


* Be the bridge between our office team and production team.


* Supporting in customer service analysis and building better customer service processes


* More complex tasks to be added based on competence (e.g building operational tools, automating workflows, or managing data systems to support scaling)

GET READY FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ACCELERATOR.
* We will prioritize motivation, skills, and attitude over experience. You could get to start as a coordinator and we hope to see you taking on more responsibility and significant roles as we grow together.


* Relevant work experience (e.g. from operations, logistics, supply chain or food industry) is a plus. And relevant academic studies (e.g. from business, engineering or food science) as even a bigger plus. Some first professional work experience through internships or traineeships is a must.






THE SKILLS WE’RE ARE AFTER:
* You enjoy working with Excel and data.


* You are structured, extremely detail-oriented and precise


* You ace in juggling multiple tasks in an organized manner, and can work under pressure without ending up in a panic mode.


* We appreciate a proactive problem solver, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty when needed.


* Good communication skills, energy and positive can-do personality


* You are fully proficient in Finnish and in English (the work involves communicating in Finnish with suppliers, maintenance companies, and also ordering ingredients in Finnish)


* 0-3 years experience in operations

Location: This role is located in our HQ in Herttoniemi, Sorvaajankatu 15, Helsinki and requires being in the office most of the days.
