What you will do

• Manage revenue generation by translating regional targets into clear operating plans and performance priorities.
• Develop internal and external relationships to resolve complex matters impacting customer experience and revenue.
• Oversee customer portfolios to maximize long-term value through targeted cross-sell and retention activities.
• Ensure all business activities adhere to approved policies, risk frameworks, and governance standards.
• Drive business improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and productivity.
• Lead and coach the team to ensure targets are achieved in line with bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Retail Banking, including a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a relevant specialization.
• Professional certification such as CFA, FRM, ICA, or equivalent.
• Expertise in Retail Banking products, portfolio management, and revenue planning.
• Strong knowledge of credit and risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work in Dubai, UAE.
