What you will do

• Manage and develop the art department, including performance evaluations and recruitment.
• Define and maintain studio-wide artistic vision, quality standards, and documentation.
• Optimize art workflows and pipelines for individual projects.
• Provide detailed feedback on visual and technical quality to the artist team.
• Collaborate with Studio and Production Managers to align art resources with project needs.
• Represent the studio as the primary art contact point.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game art production with proven leadership across multiple projects.
• Strong foundation in art composition, graphic design, and 2D/3D production workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to scale art teams and define quality standards.
• English proficiency required for communication and documentation.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints.
• Willingness to relocate to Hanoi, Vietnam if applying from overseas.
