What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to determine employment needs and develop robust role descriptions and targeted advertising campaigns.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment activities in accordance with NSW Public Service recruitment and selection guidelines.
• Develop hiring plans and strategies to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes.
• Manage and improve internal processes for position management, remuneration changes, and structural changes.
• Provide advice and support to managers regarding workforce composition and organisational goals.
• Support the salaries and wages budget process, including reforecasts and establishment papers.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in developing innovative recruitment strategies, employment branding, and volume recruitment.
• Expertise in workforce planning within a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and their impact on the recruitment process.
• Well-developed problem-solving capability and ability to exercise sound judgement.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Sydney, Australia.
