- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both contingent and permanent staffing.
- Partner with a Sourcing Consultant to attract and identify high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver strong outcomes for diverse roles.
- Manage recruitment across Technology, Operations, Customer Service, and Risk & Compliance domains.
- Navigate and operate within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter.
- Strong background in the financial services sector.
- Ability to manage a range of roles from high-volume to senior-level positions.
- Must be located in or able to work on-site in Sydney.
