Team Lead Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React)

Location: Must be located in Limassol, Cyprus

hirify.global is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing.

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Team Lead Developer with strong technical expertise in Node.js & React and a solid background in leadership, to join our growing fintech development team. You will lead a cross-functional team working on a payment integration platform, contributing directly to architecture, delivery, and team growth.

What you will do

• Lead the development of our in-house fintech platform with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Build and manage complex payment API integrations with banks, PSPs, and third-party services.
• Contribute to full-stack development, ensuring consistency and stability across the product.
• Actively participate in developing new features from concept to production.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in agile workflows to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
• Support the evolution of the architecture towards modern patterns (microservices, messaging systems, and scalable infrastructure).

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of professional experience in the IT field.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership positions.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js & React.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in web development.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and the ECMAScript 6 standards.
• Advanced level of English.
