What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Legal and Finance departments, from crafting job descriptions to negotiating offers.
  • Source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
  • Conduct prescreening interviews and manage a shortlist of candidates aligned with salary benchmarks.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and data within Greenhouse ATS.
  • Partner with Department Heads to define candidate requirements and develop competency-based interview questions.
  • Coach and train hiring managers on effective interviewing and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a recruiter, either in-house or in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing talent for legal or finance business units within fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work transparently in a high-velocity environment.
  • Must be based in Melbourne for full-time office presence.
