What you will do

• Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to develop position profiles and understand market requirements.
• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth tech companies.
• Expertise in outbound sourcing and closing candidates across technical and business roles.
• Strong English and Japanese written and verbal communication.
• Must be based in Tokyo for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Early-stage startup experience.
• Experience with Ashby ATS.
