What you will do

• Translate customer technology roadmaps and device requirements into specific lithography system requirements.
• Develop business demand and engagement strategies for hirify.global products and new technologies.
• Design and execute annual roadmap meetings at both management and engineering levels.
• Lead evaluation projects for new systems in collaboration with customer and Customer Support (CS) engineering teams.
• Collaborate with HQ business lines and internal account management to resolve unmet customer needs.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
• In-depth technical expertise in lithography/photolithography processes.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Korean and English.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
