What you will do

• Assist Field Service Engineers with on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs of tools.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues at customer sites.
• Conduct basic testing and calibration of equipment.
• Prepare field service reports and comprehensive maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage customer communication during service activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and troubleshooting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel/work at customer sites.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly within a team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS Office and technical documentation.
