Salary: $23/hour (approx. $3,680/month) + performance bonuses up to $1,000/month

- Own the full cycle of customer interactions across chat, email, phone, and social channels.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy to transform challenges into positive brand experiences.
- Utilize internal tools efficiently to maintain high service standards while preserving a human touch.
- Identify and share recurring customer patterns to help drive overall experience improvements.
- Develop deep product expertise to provide authentic guidance and support to customers.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Minimum 4 years of professional customer service experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively in a remote environment.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).
