Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $23/hour (approx. $3,680/month) + performance bonuses up to $1,000/month

What you will do

  • Own the full cycle of customer interactions across chat, email, phone, and social channels.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy to transform challenges into positive brand experiences.
  • Utilize internal tools efficiently to maintain high service standards while preserving a human touch.
  • Identify and share recurring customer patterns to help drive overall experience improvements.
  • Develop deep product expertise to provide authentic guidance and support to customers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively in a remote environment.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload).
