What you will do
- Build and evolve mission-critical horizontal infrastructure and tooling that underpins all commercialization systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop systems and processes as business needs grow.
- Scale systems to meet the demands of commercial expansion and increasing operational complexity.
- Solve complex real-world problems, such as implementing world simulation for regression testing and evaluation of fleet management software.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of backend or infrastructure experience.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland in a hybrid arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience with C++.
- Experience working in environments with non-technical team members.
- Background in operations tooling, developer productivity, or developer tools.
