What you will do

• Build and evolve mission-critical horizontal infrastructure and tooling that underpins all commercialization systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop systems and processes as business needs grow.
• Scale systems to meet the demands of commercial expansion and increasing operational complexity.
• Solve complex real-world problems, such as implementing world simulation for regression testing and evaluation of fleet management software.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of backend or infrastructure experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland in a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++.
• Experience working in environments with non-technical team members.
• Background in operations tooling, developer productivity, or developer tools.
