About the Role

You will own the SEO function You will develop and implement a scalable global SEO strategy You will conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the product and development teams You will build and manage a structured content production process You will develop and execute a link building strategy You will generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses You will track performance and report on organic traffic rankings and conversions

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience with international SEO projects (such as CIS, EU, US, LATAM markets).
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or iGaming projects will be a plus.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
• Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
• Advanced knowledge of AI and SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush).
• Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable global SEO strategy.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the product/dev teams.
• Build and manage a structured content production process, hire and manage copywriters, create briefs, and control quality.
• Develop and execute a link-building strategy.
• Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.
• Track performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
