What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day operations and establish communication processes within the team.
• Analyze and define business requirements in collaboration with product management.
• Develop new backend product features using the latest .NET stack.
• Estimate implementation efforts, costs, and capacity for new features.
• Lead technical decision-making and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Mentor team members to foster professional growth and maintain a motivating atmosphere.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven experience as a team leader for a group of 4-5 developers.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams.
