SAP SD Functional Consultant (ERP)

TL;DR

SAP SD Functional Consultant (SAP SD/BTP): Designing and optimizing Order-to-Cash processes and functional solutions using SAP SD and SAP BTP applications with an accent on requirements gathering, solution design, and business process optimization. Focus on leading SIT/UAT, executing full-lifecycle implementations, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $65–$75 per hour

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design functional solutions leveraging SAP SD and SAP BTP applications.
• Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents.
• Support configuration, integration, and testing activities across multiple SAP modules.
• Lead and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and recommend continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP SD Functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Applications from a functional or business analyst perspective.
• Experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Billing.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Austin, TX (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) or Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP).
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP SD and MM, FI, and Supply Chain modules.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
