Location: Based in Uzbekistan or willing to relocate to Tashkent (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week from Tashkent hub)

What you will do

• Manage SAR/STR assessments and reporting for escalated suspicious activity cases.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory and law enforcement requests, maintaining detailed audit trails.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policies.
• Liaise with NAPP and other Uzbek government authorities regarding inquiries and inspections.
• Support corporate governance, including shareholder resolutions and company registration changes.
• Monitor changes in Uzbek legislation and assess their impact on business operations.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• 3+ years of legal experience in fintech, crypto, or other regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of Uzbek corporate, civil, tax, and labor law.
• Experience interacting with regulators and government authorities.
• Professional proficiency in Uzbek and Russian, with working proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Uzbekistan or willing to relocate to Tashkent.

Nice to have

• Experience working with NAPP or other Uzbekistan regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of digital asset regulation and crypto compliance requirements.
• Experience with cross-border contracts and international legal frameworks.
• Knowledge of data protection, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.
