TL;DR

Principal Software Engineer (AI): Developing and scaling autonomous AI agent ecosystems and workflows to accelerate software delivery for digital marketplaces with an accent on agentic engineering and production-ready AI tools. Focus on automating engineering workflows, improving DORA metrics, and integrating AI agents into the full SDLC.

Location: Must be based in the European Union (100% Remote / Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Ship agent-built features, migrations, and refactors into production environments.
  • Design and orchestrate agent ecosystems, including tools, context, evaluations, and feedback loops.
  • Transform product goals into autonomous agent workflows across GCP, Java, Flutter, and Golang.
  • Optimize engineering effectiveness by improving DORA metrics such as deployment frequency and lead time.
  • Create reusable skills, scaffolds, and evaluation frameworks that scale across multiple teams.
  • Coach and mentor engineers through hands-on collaboration and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of shipping production systems used by real customers.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Aider.
  • Proficiency in GCP and at least one of Java, Flutter, or Golang.
  • Expertise in at least two areas: backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or data systems.
  • Deep knowledge of modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, observability, and production operations.
  • Based in the European Union.

Nice to have

  • Experience building internal developer platforms or engineering productivity tools.
  • Contributions to open-source AI agent ecosystems or developer tooling.
  • Previous experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer internet platforms.
  • Knowledge of designing and operating multi-agent workflows in production.
