What you will do

• Deliver live workshops and training sessions for experienced engineers.
• Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials.
• Design practical exercises, guides, and prompts for AI-assisted QA workflows.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to define learning objectives and competency frameworks.
• Review content for technical accuracy and industry relevance.
• Share insights on emerging AI tools and testing trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering, specifically in mobile QA, test automation, or AI-assisted quality engineering.
• Solid knowledge of Kotlin, Swift, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA tools like Cursor, testRigor, Magic Inspector, or Rainforest QA.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian or Spanish is a strong plus.
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones for 10–15 hours per week.
• Strong ability to share knowledge through mentoring, content creation, or public speaking.

Nice to have

• Background in QA advocacy, tech leadership, or technical community engagement.
• Experience creating competency maps, skill frameworks, or curriculum structures.
• Ability to evaluate testing architectures and distinguish practical approaches from hype.
