What you will do

• Conduct WEC inspections to evaluate maintenance technician performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform field-based process monitoring to verify adherence to hirify.global protocols and theoretical training application.
• Support internal trainers in improving theoretical training programs for service technicians.
• Provide technical support to service teams and draft informative technical documentation.
• Execute internal IMS audits and inspect wind energy converters after commissioning.
• Implement and support HSE policies, ensuring safety compliance and reporting incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electromechanics or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician at hirify.global.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, ClickSchedule, and Lotus Notes.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French required; English proficiency (B2+) is mandatory.
• Valid driving license (B) and high mobility for travel.
• Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills with a safety-first mindset.
